Global Warming with Crochet

A chronicle of the scarves and hats I have crocheted along with links to the patterns or other resources I used. These scarves and hats will go to the wonderful charities I support. This blog is dedicated to my grandmother, Bess Allison (Mama Bess), who taught me to crochet, and to my father, Bill Bishop, both of whom have passed on. I also dedicate this site to my mother, Jeanette Bishop, who has always been such an inspiration to me in so many ways. I love you all so much.

Scarf #101 October 24, 2011

The pattern for this scarf is the "Surreybelle Scarf" which I found on Ravelry and designed by Sarah Cooper (link to pattern here). The yarn used is Wool Ease Worsted, color "Chestnut Heather". I adapted the pattern to a beginning chain of 26 so the scarf would be a little wider.
