Global Warming with Crochet

A chronicle of the scarves and hats I have crocheted along with links to the patterns or other resources I used. These scarves and hats will go to the wonderful charities I support. This blog is dedicated to my grandmother, Bess Allison (Mama Bess), who taught me to crochet, and to my father, Bill Bishop, both of whom have passed on. I also dedicate this site to my mother, Jeanette Bishop, who has always been such an inspiration to me in so many ways. I love you all so much.

Scarf #5 March 22, 2011

These scarves were crocheted using the pattern at the Red Heart web site and called "Special Olympics Rib Crochet Striped Scarf" (Pattern LW2368). The one on the left was crocheted using Red Heart color Claret, and the one on the right was crocheted using RH Blue and RH Turqua with a color change after each row.
