This is a "skinny" scarf (only 4" wide) using Red Heart color "Shocking Pink". I used the pattern "Be Proud Scarf" on the Red Heart web site found at this link.
A chronicle of the scarves and hats I have crocheted along with links to the patterns or other resources I used. These scarves and hats will go to the wonderful charities I support. This blog is dedicated to my grandmother, Bess Allison (Mama Bess), who taught me to crochet, and to my father, Bill Bishop, both of whom have passed on. I also dedicate this site to my mother, Jeanette Bishop, who has always been such an inspiration to me in so many ways. I love you all so much.

Scarf #89 August 12, 2011
It has been a few weeks since posting, but I got on a reading kick of sorts (George R.R. Martin, Game of Thrones series). Whew! I will hopefully be back to crocheting next week.
This scarf and hat were crocheted using Red Heart Super Saver, color "Blue". With a beginning chain of 23, the scarf is done in all half-double crochet (in both loops).
